A. Yes, we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Please have the part number(s) available when you email us.

A. We do NOT accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online. Our customer service representatives are very busy, and by placing your order online you, and we, have a "paper trail" to follow on your order.

A. No, we do NOT give technical service/assistance over the phone. Our customer service reps are not mechanics/techs, and our techs are much too busy to give advice over the phone. Plus, any issue is much too hard to diagnose over the phone: many times one symptom is a variant of multiple possible issues.

A. These items, and a lot more, are in our Catalogs page.

A. This number is how many you would need to complete a full job for that section. It is not a pack size, and it is not how many will be shipped to you if you order a quantity of 1. Please always verify how many of each part you need before ordering and order that amount.

A. We prefer that you email us and we will always attempt to keep you updated on any issues regarding your order, but yes, if you have not heard anything about your order as of the 7th day after it was placed, please feel free to call.

A. While we keep many items on hand, we do not have the warehouse space to store all available Sea-Doo PWC and Sport Boat parts and accessories. Because of this we occasionally need to order parts from Sea-Doo. So, if we have the parts on hand they will ship no later than the next business day. If we do not have the item(s) on hand, expect a 3 to 7 day delay (depending on which day of the week you order) before your order ships. Please see our Shipping Policy below for more shipping information.

A. We ship via either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.P.S. for domestic shipping (depending on which will get your order to you the quickest). We ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail for all international shipping.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will ship in 3 to 7 days from date of order. If shipment will occur outside of that time frame, the customer will be contacted by Sea-Doo Parts Central.
  • Shipping will be either via U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. This is established by package size, price and length of time to arrive at its destination. This is determined by Sea-Doo Parts Central.
  • We will notify you with the shipment tracking information when the item is ready to ship.
  • Your order, and therefore shipping charges, will not be charged to your credit card until the order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping prices are based on total price of order, as seen below.

BRP Parts, Accessories and Clothing, are not available for shipment outside of the United States.

Please note that if actual ahipping cost is more thab listed price (due to package size or weight), customer will be contacted with the new shipping price before the order ships.

Please note that most small items/orders shipping domestically will be shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail and will cost no more than $12.99
